NOTE: This mod is in beta, so there may be a few glitches. This mod includes the GTA IV Console Edition\PC (Coming soon) loading screen pictures, but no sound yet. And drag 'tdloadingmusic.oac' into 'PROLOUGE. This is a mod where the GTA IV loading screen was converted to GTA San Andreas.
Then from the winrar I porvided drag the folder 'tdloadingmusic' and 'tdloadingmusic.oac' to your desktop.
